SHIPPING AND TRACKING

 

Kingdom Beads is pleased to offer shipping worldwide. Our delivery time starts from the moment your order is successfully submitted and includes processing time of 24 hours to dispatch your order. However, please be aware that processing can take up to 48 hours in peak sale periods. Before we can ship your order, we may need to hold your order for payment verification and confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our very best to minimize delays.

Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $249 in Canada and U.S. All orders will have the option to select method and cost of shipping at time of checkout. The default option for shipping is via Standard Ground. Please allow the standard 3-5 business days in Canada and 5-6 business days shipped to the U.S. to receive your order. Shipping to addresses outside Canada and the United States may take longer than standard 5-6 business days.

Items ordered together may not always ship together. Also, items on special order or custom designs may take longer.

Your order should arrive 3-5 business days after being shipped, if the order is placed by 3:00pm (EST). Orders shipping to the U.S. should arrive 5-6 business days after being shipped, if ordered by 3:00pm (EST). Orders placed after 3:00pm (EST) Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will be processed Monday and should arrive within the shipping timeframe mentioned above.

Currently, we do not allow shipments to P.O. Boxes. Billing addresses may contain P.O. Boxes, however, physical addresses are required for delivery. Please note that we currently do not allow shipments to APO/FPO/DPO or freight forwarding address locations.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the responsibility of you, the customer to provide us with the correct shipping address when placing an order. If the order is shipped out to an incorrect address, or is sent back to us due to an error in the address, the customer will be liable to pay any additional shipping frees (eg. if FREE SHIPPING processed your address, but your order was returned to us, and you do not wish to pay for shipping to receive, we will refund you your order, minus shipping costs).
