RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

ONLINE PURCHASES

We believe in excellent customer care and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange or merchandise credit within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt.  All returns must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition.  Orders received after 15 days will not be accepted for return or exchange.  You may ship your return using the return shipping label provided with your order. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective.  Some exclusions may apply.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS AND ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

On the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use the complimentary return label provided to ensure proper return address and credit information and ship the item prepaid and insured to: KINGDOM BEADS, PO BOX 99900 FM 390602, RPO DUFFERIN, Toronto, ON M6A0A5.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return.

 

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Purchase price will be credited. Prices are subject to change. We offer a one-time (single order)  adjustment for items purchased within 10 days of a price adjustment. This includes permanent Sale items and excludes temporary special promotion items. For questions and adjustments call 1-647-948-9844 (Canada) or 1-917-999-5413 (US) or email Customer Care. We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing, but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur.

  • If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.
  • If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 10 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
